Bud Chicken

I heard about beer chicken but have never tried making one myself. The secret behind the chicken is the rub, beer, and of course a grill. You might not always have the ingredient or tools you need to make the perfect meal. Then you’ll need to be creative and adventurous enough to find alternative. My intent was to use a dark beer, like Guinness, but all i can find at the local bodega was Bud. Living in NYC, you rarely own a fancy grill unless you have a garden apartment, so my alternative is my electric oven/broiler. After 3 hours of baking and broiler, ta da.. juicy bud chicken with rosemary roasted potatoes.
